Amazon has always been the market leader in ereaders, since it introduced its ever-popular Kindle what seems many years ago.
Then Kindle prices were cut to a level where it made no economic sense to buy any other reader.
The Kindle by this time was the only reader with the extra-clear screen, with blacker blacks and whiter whites.
And now Amazon has announced for pre-order its brand new Kindle, WITHOUT that annoying keypad, at an astonishing £89 in the UK.
You can purchase the Wifi and 3G Kindle Keyboard, as they’ve been renamed, for £109 and £149 respectively, but if you want an ereader to look like a book, and that means with no keyboard, then the all new Kindle at £89 in Wifi only, is the one for you.
